Join us for “Making Moves in March - “Retirement should be easy”

​Melody Living Colorado Springs’ Independent Living Community is thrilled to announce a series of FREE community education events, “Making Moves in March -Retirement should be easy!” The series is designed to help seniors 62+ through the Independent Living moving process, create relationships, and have fun doing it!  We’ll provide complimentary food, beverages, and an industry expert at each session.
We have three local senior resource experts to give you all the answers to help guide you through your move into Independent Living or answer any questions that you may have about downsizing, selling your home, relocating, and estate sales planning.
The series begins on Wednesday, March 9th with Shaunda Sims of All Things Senior Transitions discussing “Downsizing, Liquidation and Relocating.” Sims has 20+ years of hands-on experience helping senior clients move. She’ll guide you through the emotional work in going through items attached to a life-time of memories.

The series continues Wednesday, March 16 with “Realtor Secrets for a Stress-Free Sale” featuring Jacob and Clay Martin from the Living In Colorado Springs Team. The Martin brothers are certified Senior Real Estate Specialists. They’ll discuss ways to create seller goals, current sales processes, and provide an up to date market analysis.
Our series will wrap up Wednesday, March 23 with Mike Fischer of Tandem Estate Sales to talk about “Estate Sales and Planning.” Tandem Estate Sales is a family-owned and operated business, their motto is “Let our family help yours.” Their leadership team has a combined 43+ years of experience in selling antiques, art, collectibles, and used goods.
 
The series will take place at Melody Living’s brand new luxury Independent Living community located at 7570 Tutt Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80924.
