Melody Living Independent Living in Colorado Springs is now welcoming scheduled in-person tours. Melody Living is designed for active seniors to enjoy living life to the fullest, at their own pace while we take care of the little things like laundry, maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and security services. 
 
Our luxury Independent Living community features countless amenities to promote the eight dimensions of wellness. We are excited for residents to get a taste of our restaurant-style dining and grab and go bistro. Physical wellness is obtainable at the state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoors on our putting green and beautiful walking paths with Pikes Peak as the backdrop. The art studio, movie theater, and fire pit will provide residents the opportunity to gain social wellness.

Melody Living Colorado Springs’ Independent Living neighborhood features a variety of layouts and floor plan options which include: the 787 sq. ft. Minuet, a spacious one bedroom, one bath, the Symphony, a 1,025 sq. ft., one bedroom, den, and one and half bath option with various layouts, the Rhapsody, a 1,105 sq. ft., two bedroom, two bath option with various layouts, and the Serenade, which offers a quainter two bedroom, two bath layout across 1,040 sq. ft. of space.
